Agile

In today’s post-pandemic ever-changing world, organisations and businesses are keen to adopt a more flexible approach to delivering projects and want to become more agile. Agile Project Management does just this – by building agility into the concept of project delivery.

Our certified Agile Foundation course and certified Agile Practitioner training course provide the practical skills you need to effectively and successfully manage your projects. They have been designed to be inspirational and motivational but also structured and practical, very focused on the real world of work, as well as giving you the greatest chance of passing the exams – we have a very high pass rate!

What is Agile?

The Agile methodology is a way to manage a project by breaking them up into several phases. It involves constant collaboration with stakeholders and continuous improvement at every stage. Once the work begins, teams work through a process of planning, executing, and evaluating.

One of the aims of this agile - or iterative - approach is to release benefits throughout the process rather than only at the end. Each section or iteration is reviewed and critiqued by the project team - which should include representatives of the project's various stakeholders – and any insights gained are used to determine what the next step should be.

One of the main benefits, therefore, of getting started with Agile Project Management is its ability to respond to issues that arise throughout the course of the project. Making a necessary change to a project at the right time can save resources and help to deliver a successful project on time and within budget.
