All 21 delegates from the University of Plymouth have passed their ITIL® V4 Foundation Certificates and are now ITIL® Certified. Following the training conducted across two sessions, ITIL® trainer Vernon Lloyd said of the team “This is a fantastic result for the whole University team, well done to all the guys for this great achievement”.
