When delivering a course, facial expressions are more important than you might think as it allows us to gauge how you are getting on with everything... plus, if everyone has their cameras off, it feels a little like you're talking to yourself!
Please ensure you have accessed the course at least 15 minutes before the start time - if there are any technical issues, this allows our Training Support Team time to resolve them before the course begins.
Please run the necessary checks and test your equipment before the day of the course.
This course assumes you have already acquired the following skills and experience:
- A proficient understanding of basic functional experience with Microsoft 365 services.
- A proficient understanding of general IT practices, including using PowerShell.
Workbook (via SkillPipe)
You'll need to access your workbook from your SkillPipe account - following your Pre-Course Instructions email, you should have received an email from SkillPipe with instructions on how to create this. If you haven't received this email within 2 hours of your Pre-Course Instructions email, please contact our Training Support Team immediately on 01752 227330 (Option 1) or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Labs (via Learn on Demand)
Your course exercises will be completed in 'Labs' via a website called Learn on Demand; if you don't already have an account, you will need to create one. Once your account has been created, you need to enrol on the course; please see the How to register & enrol with Learn on Demand user guide.
Once you have enrolled, please launch a test lab to check for connectivity issues and to familiarize yourself with the lab interface.
