If you have a camera or webcam on at least one of your devices, please keep this on so that your Trainer can see you.
When delivering a course, facial expressions are more important than you might think as it allows us to gauge how you are getting on with everything... plus, if everyone has their cameras off, it feels a little like you're talking to yourself!
Our courses work best when you have a microphone on and you can simply speak up if you have a question.
Please ensure you have accessed the course at least 15 minutes before the start time - if there are any technical issues, this allows our Training Support Team time to resolve them before the course begins.
Please download all the necessary files (below) and tested your equipment before the day of the course.

Will you be in The Bungalow?
If you will be in The Bungalow at Wash Farm on the day of the course, you must ensure that you are seated at least 2 meters away from your colleagues and that under no circumstances you share equipment. This is not only for the purposes of Social Distancing, but will also ensure there is no feedback/echo from other people's equipment.
In the event that we do experience feedback on the day, you will need to mute your microphone using the button on the wire of your head set. When you are muted a red light will be visible. If you need to speak to the Trainer, unmute yourself (only one person at a time) and speak up so you can be heard.
