Course Overview:
In this course you will explore core Microsoft PowerPoint features to create and modify presentations for a business environment. The topics covered include formatting text and enhancing the visual appeal of slides by adding graphical elements such as pictures, SmartArt, charts and tables. You will also bring your presentation to life using simple transitions and animations, and ensure a consistent theme with the Design tab.
Target Audience:
This course is perfect for people who have limited experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and are interested in learning the fundamentals needed to create and modify attractive business presentations.

Prerequisites:
You should be familiar with using personal computers and have used a mouse and keyboard. You should also be comfortable in the Windows environment and be able to use Windows to manage information on your computer, specifically to launch and close programmes, navigate to information and manage files and folders.
Software Requirements for Virtual Classroom
If you are attending one of our Virtual Classroom courses, you will need to have Microsoft PowerPoint 2013, 2016, 2019 or 365 (desktop version) installed on your device. You may notice differences in software if using a MAC. For the best experience we also recommend that you have two screens and a working microphone. A webcam is optional, but very much appreciated by our trainers!
