Skilltec has a primary goal - to help organisations develop the skills of their employees that help them make a real difference at work. We combine deep expertise in all our training courses, from Microsoft, Project Management, Technical IT, Personal and Professional and IT Service Management with a strong focus on communication, leadership and the everyday behaviours that make teams effective.
Our Story
Skilltec was founded with a clear objective in mind. High-quality IT and Professional Skills training should be accessible, practical and rooted in real workplaces. Too many courses were either overly theoretical or focused only on software features, without thinking about how people actually use those tools in their jobs.
Since then we have grown our course portfolio and our customer base, but the core of what we do has stayed the same. Small, focused groups, trainers who have done the job themselves and content that speaks directly to the challenges people face at work.
We measure quality through learner feedback, repeat business and the impact our training has back in the workplace.

Our Team and Trainers
Our trainers bring together subject expertise, industry experience and a genuine interest in helping people learn. Many have worked in roles such as IT Manager, Project Manager, Analyst or Team leader before becoming trainers. This experience means they can:
