Training Where You Need It

Sometimes it is easier, more cost-effective and more productive for training to come to you. Our onsite training option lets us bring our expert trainers into your workplace, so your teams can develop their skills together, using the tools and scenarios that matter to them.  Whether you want to upskill a project team, roll out Microsoft 365 more effectively or build leadership and business skills across a department, we can design and deliver training at your location of choice, at times that work around your operation.

Who Onsite Training Is For

Onsite training is ideal for organisations who:

  • Have groups of staff who need the same skills at the same time
  • Prefer to minimise travel and time away from the workplace
  • Want to reflect their own processes, templates or data in the training
  • Are rolling out new systems or ways of working and need consistent adoption
  • Operate across multiple locations and need flexible delivery options

We regularly work with public sector bodies, SMEs and larger corporates, tailoring our approach to your culture and operational constraints.

How does Onsite Training Work?

Our onsite training is designed to be straightforward to arrange.

Scoping: We start with a short scoping call to understand your goals, the roles and experience levels of delegates, and any specific systems or processes we should reflect.

DesignWe recommend a course or blended programme based on our standard outlines, then tailor the emphasis, examples and exercises for your teams.

DeliveryA Skilltec trainer comes to your site or chosen venue and delivers the agreed training. Sessions can be half day, full day or modular, depending on what works best.

Follow up: We can provide post-course materials, Q and A support and recommendations for next steps, so learning can be consolidated and applied back at work.

Most of our core portfolio can be delivered onsite or as part of a mobile programme.

Why Choose Onsite Training

Onsite delivery offers several advantages for busy organisations:

  • Train a whole team or department together

  • Reduce travel time and costs for delegates

  • Focus examples and exercises on your environment and use cases

  • Schedule sessions at times that minimise operational disruption

  • Build a shared understanding and consistent way of working

We work with you to make sure the content, format and timings align with your objectives and the realities of your workplace.  If you have a specific requirement, we will advise what is realistic to deliver onsite and what might be better suited to virtual or in-centre formats.

AI - the Opportunity is Real & Measurable

AI is already reshaping how we work - not in some distant future, but right now. From drafting documents to automating admin and improving customer service, artificial intelligence is saving time, reducing cognitive load and unlocking new levels of productivity. But for many professionals, it still feels like something that’s “coming soon” or “not for me.”
