PRINCE2 Foundation

Course Overview:

The purpose of this course is to equip participants with a fundamental grasp of modern project management, by diving deep into the PRINCE2® project management method. It also aims to assist participants in their preparation for the PRINCE2® Foundation examination and includes a web proctored exam voucher as part of the course fee.

This course is aligned with the 7th Edition syllabus by PeopleCert, with continued focus on the traditional challenges of project management and awareness for today’s environment in which projects are conducted, with a people-centric approach and new project management approaches (Change Management Approach, Commercial Management Approach, Sustainability Management Approach and Data Management Approach).

PRINCE2® has solidified its position as the foremost approach to project management. It is versatile and can be adapted to various project types, emphasising tailoring and business alignment. Target Audience:

This course is aimed at all members in a project team (administrators, coordinators, managers), aspiring project managers, practicing project managers and program managers. Due to the nature of this course, it is also suitable for general managers, staff in a supporting role, those who wish to gain formal recognition of their skills by taking the PRINCE2®7 foundation exam, and professionals looking for fundamental project management skills.

Prerequisites:

While formal prerequisites for attending this course are not mandatory, a foundational understanding of project management would greatly benefit participants.

Certification / Exam:

This course leads to the PRINCE2®7 Foundation Exam. A web proctored exam voucher is included in course fee and has a term of 12 months. You will need to schedule your exam within this time frame.
