Course Overview:
Powerful Tools & Techniques is the second course of our Sales Professional series. In this course you will develop the skill required to provide a personal sales experience for your customer, and a powerful first impression for your business.
You will discover how to influence customer decisions, identify opportunities, and develop an effective sales pitch and presentation. These fundamentals will give you the confidence to employ techniques to help take your sales skills to the next level.
This tutor-led course is full of practical experience and insights from our Sales Professional Trainer and is suitable for salespeople from a variety of skill levels.

There are no pre-requisites for our onsite or in-centre courses. For our Virtual Classroom training you will need a laptop or PC with a working microphone. A webcam is also recommended for the best experience!
