This comprehensive one-day workshop provides practical performance appraisal training to help participants acquire the critical knowledge, skills and confidence to undertake effective performance appraisal discussions with their direct reports.
This course is designed for new and existing Supervisors, Team Leaders and Managers who would like an introduction or refresh of the Performance Review process and general performance management. The course is also suitable for new entrants to HR such as HR Assistants.

Although not essential, you will get most from this programme if you are responsible for staff currently and have to conduct performance reviews. If you are about to conduct reviews for the first time, this course will give you the skills and knowledge required to do this.
