This course is all about “leaning in” and explores a range of methods and techniques to help you make a powerful, positive impression on others while remaining true to yourself.
This course is appropriate for anyone, irrespective of their current job role, who is looking to build confidence and make a greater, more effective, impact.
By actively participating in this course, you will learn about the following:
Be able to differentiate between assertive, aggressive and passive behaviours.
To manage passive and aggression in an assertive manner.
To modify and strengthen your behaviours whilst remaining assertive.
Be able to understand how conflict can arise and modify your behaviour accordingly.
To say ‘No’ with greater confidence.
To get the most from this program it would be useful to think beforehand of those situations where you believe you could be more assertive. This course will involve an element of role play.
