Leadership & Management Training Onsite at Riviera Produce
What a fantastic 4 days our trainer Chris Holl has had delivering some Leadership & Management Training to a group of 20 individuals from Riviera Produce at their premises. Topics covered included Effective Communication & Feedback, Handling Conflict, Leadership & Motivation and Managing Poor Performance. The delegates all engaged and interacted with the sessions, honing existing skills and learning new ones to now use these skills to lead their teams to ensure they reach their goals.

New Course Builder - Bespoke Excel Courses
Do you want people in your organisation to get more from Excel? Hopefully one of our Public Scheduled courses will meet your needs but if not, we can create a Bespoke Excel Course with the aid of our Excel Course Builder, creating the right course for you that can be delivered in group sessions either through our Virtual Classroom or onsite at your company premises.
This simple to use table (created in Excel) means that all the modules from all our 4 levels of Excel courses are broken down into sections, including the duration of each module. Companies can then pick the modules that would be most beneficial to them by selecting them on the course builder until they have a course of the right content and duration for them.
This information is then reviewed by one of our Excel Training Specialists to ensure that the course will flow and that pre-requisite modules are not missing to ensure that the course is effective and delivers what your organisation needs.

AAT Exam Update
We are sorry to announce that will be stopping our AAT Exams from January 2023. It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know many of you as you work your way through the qualification levels. We wish you the very best of luck with your remaining examinations! There are other local assessment venues available to book future examinations, which can be identified through the AAT Assessment Venue Search webpage. We are making the decision to stop exams at this time, in order to allocate more of our resources to training and course development, which is at the core of what we do.

Safety Law Update Training Course
Safety legislation is being changed in the UK after a legislative pause brought on by COVID-19. We have new Acts to handle building and fire management in response to the Grenfell disaster, and new security legislation are being discussed in response to the incident at Manchester Arena. The Highway Code and the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at Work Regulations, for instance, have both undergone significant modifications.
With the above in mind, our Health and Safety Trainer has developed this half-day session and is perfect for managers and team leaders with responsibility for safety in the workplace. Our next public dates to attend are 24th October and 22nd November, both in our Virtual Classroom.
