Start-Stop-Continue Review

Have you heard of a “stop-start-continue” review before? It’s a simple activity to help you reflect on your work habits. We find it really helpful, in fact, we use it at the end of many of our courses.

The idea behind this activity is to demonstrate mindfulness by thinking about what actions you should stop doing, what new actions you want to start, and what's been working well that you want to continue. It should take about 5 minutes to complete – perfect for a bit of Friday Focus!
