Welcome to Milo & Prithviraj
We’d like to introduce 2 new members of the Business Development Team!
Milo Harris graduated last year from the University of Cardiff in Psychology and has moved back from Canada to get his working career underway! Milo moved out to Canada with his girlfriend whilst she completed her placement year of studies and is now moving back to the local area.
Prithviraj Ray joins us straight from the University of Plymouth and has been on an accelerated learning path, reading a 4 year Business Management degree in 3 years!
Both Milo and Prithviraj are great characters and high achievers - their values match that of our company’s culture and we’re all really looking forward to working with them both.
*** New Course Releases*** Microsoft SharePoint Training
Due to popular demand we have developed 2 new courses for Microsoft SharePoint to run alongside our SharePoint Online for Users course. Firstly the Microsoft SharePoint Online for Owners course and then our Microsoft Webpages course - both courses are one day courses.
In the Microsoft SharePoint Online for Owners course you will explore how to design and develop a SharePoint site with a focus on site settings and permissions and receive guidance on how to effectively set up libraries with an approach to metadata.
The SharePoint Webpages course follow on once you have set up your site and having designed the layout of your SharePoint site, you now need to make working with SharePoint Online as user-friendly and engaging as possible… a great way to do this is using SharePoint webpages.
These courses are available as Public Scheduled courses or if you have a group of people requiring the training, we can set up a dedicated closed course for yourselves taking into account your specific needs and requirements. Both course profiles can be viewed on our SharePoint Training Course Page.

**NEW Course Release** Administration Skills
We are pleased to announce the release of our new Administration Skills course in our Business Skills Portfolio. This is a general administration skills course that covers topics including business communication and telephone skills, diary and office management, organising meetings, time management and stress management.
Originally developed and designed for a specific customer of ours, we felt that it would be a really useful course for many. Our first public delivery of this course will take place on Thursday 24th March in our Virtual Classroom. Microsoft 365 Bespoke Training Programme
We have designed and have just started virtual delivery of a Bespoke Training Programme for one of our customers containing a mix of half day and one day courses all focused around Microsoft 365 Applications that will continue over the next 6 months. Covering areas such as Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Sway and others. These courses will be delivered at approximately 2 week intervals for a couple of cohorts.

SQL Querying Fundamentals 8th April - Virtual Classroom
Many organisations use databases to store their most critical information. After the information is stored, it is useless unless you can retrieve it and the language you use to retrieve information from SQL Server 2012 is the Structured Query Language (SQL). This course will teach you to use SQL as a tool to retrieve information you need from the business for further business analysis.
The course is designed for people with basic computer skills, who are familiar with concepts related to database structure and terminology and who want to use SQL to query databases.

**NEW Course Release ** Microsoft Project Level 4
To enable our customers to get an even more in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project, we have launched our new Microsoft Project Level 4 course. This more advanced course covers areas such as costing, resources and managing multiple projects in more depth and we advise that you will have attended our Level 1 and Level 2 Course prior to attending.
